Northumbrian Smallpipes and Fiddle

Andy and Margaret have many years experience of playing the pipes and fiddle for weddings, corporate and civil functions, private parties and also concerts and festivals.

They perform regularly throughout Northumberland, the North East and other parts of the UK and Europe.

Andy and Margaret have recorded two CDs of their music so far and feature on several other compilations.

Many thanks to all of you who came to our Bamburgh Pavilion gig last night (12th Oct.)  And special thanks to those of you who returned to see us having been to one of our gigs several years ago or in one case, a couple who came, who reminded us that we played for their wedding almost 28 years ago to the day!

Now looking forward to our afternoon gig in The Crossman Hall on Holy Island on Tuesday 24th Sept. starting at 3.00pm. The causeway will be open from 1.30pm to 10.05pm.

SUMMER CONCERTS INFO: Entrance to all the summer concerts is by “pay on the door”. We don’t sell tickets in advance. Entrance is £8 (accompanied children under 12 free). Doors open 45 minutes before the beginning of each gig.

Wedneday 16th in The Chantry Bagpipe museum 7.30pm and …..
Saturday 19th : a spot in the Northumbrian Pipers Society Annual Concert – A Tribute to Colin Ross. This will be in the Kings Hall, Armstrong Building, Newcastle University 7.30pm
